Derogatory Comments. You further agree to refrain from engaging in any derogatory conversations or making any derogatory comments regarding St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software, and each of its present and former predecessors, successors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, stockholder, agents, directors, officers and employees, and all personnel acting by, through, under or in concert with them. Failure to comply could result in legal action by St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software. St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software agrees to refrain from engaging in any derogatory conversations or making any derogatory comments regarding you.
