Common use of Description and Delineation Clause in Contracts

Description and Delineation. (a) Title under which the proposed subdivision is to be recorded which shall not be a duplicate name or descriptively similar name of any plat previously recorded in La Crosse County. (b) Location of proposed subdivision by: government lot, private claims, quarter section, quarter-quarter section, township, range, county and state noted immediately under the title. (c) Date, scale and north point. (d) Names and addresses of owner, subdivider and land surveyor preparing the plat. (e) A small scale drawing of the section or government subdivision of the section in which the subdivision lies with the location of the subdivision indicated thereon.
