Description of Arrangements. This Agreement provides for the Interconnection arrangements for Transport and Termination of Subject Traffic between the networks of MATC and ALLTEL specified in this Section. Routing of traffic shall be as described in this Section, except that, alternatives may be employed in the event of emergency or temporary equipment failure, as agreed by the Parties.
