Description of Arrangements. This Agreement provides for the following interconnection and arrangements between the networks of Lakeland Telecom and Milltown Mutual Telephone Company. 4.1.1 The Parties currently wish to have a direct facilities connection with each other for the exchange of Local Traffic. The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith to promptly establish and implement the terms and conditions for such an interconnection, which terms and conditions shall be consistent with the requirements of the Act.
