Contractor shall be equipped to receive orders issued by the Client Agency using the MasterCard. The Contractor shall capture and provide to its merchant bank, Level 3 reporting at the line item level for all orders placed by MasterCard. Contractor shall provide documentation, in the form of certified payroll or other documentation acceptable to the State, substantiating the amount of any increase in Contractor labor costs as a result of changes to the minimum wage rate within ninety (90) days of the statutorily identified effective date of any increase in the minimum wage. Upon receipt, and verification of Contractor documentation DAS shall adjust the Price Schedule accordingly through a supplement to this Contract.   • Specific Terms and Conditions To the extent that Contractor has received an award for Lot 4, Implementation Services, the following terms and conditions apply to Lot 4 Implementation Services. All Services covered under Lot 4 – Implementation Services must be performed within CONUS. An RFQ for this Lot will be awarded based on, and result in, a deliverable-based Statement of Work (SOW) which will be incorporated into an Authorized User Agreement. The RFQ will include but is not limited to: Authorized User timeframes; system integration requirements; and other risks that may affect the cost to the Authorized User. All responses to RFQs must include detailed price information, including but not limited to: hours required per title, cost per hour, etc. Travel, lodging and per diem costs must be itemized in the total quote and may not exceed the rates in the NYS OSC Travel Policy.
