Common use of Description of Leased Real Property Clause in Contracts

Description of Leased Real Property. Section 3.8 of the Disclosure Schedule contains a correct street address of all tracts, parcels and subdivided lots in which a Seller has a leasehold interest (the “Leased Real Property”) and an accurate description (by location, name of lessor, date of Lease and term expiry date) of all Real Property Leases to which a Seller is a party. Except as set forth in Section 3.8 of the Disclosure Schedule, such Seller has the exclusive right under the Real Property Leases to occupy and use the Leased Real Property. No Seller has received written notice of any condemnation proceedings, suits or administrative actions relating to the Leased Real Property.
