Description of technical and organisational security measures applied by the processor. “Technical and organisational security measures” for the purposes of this agreement shall mean the measures intended to protect the personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, as well as protection from any other unlawful form of processing.

  • Technical and Organisational Measures The Supplier shall, taking into account the state of technical development and the nature of Processing, implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the Personal Data against unauthorised or unlawful Processing, destruction or accidental loss, alteration, or unauthorised disclosure of the Personal Data.
