Description of the Activities. The Activities for which the Advance is provided consist of the following parts: (a) Providing support in carrying out the technical feasibility and preparatory studies. (b) Preparation of key Project documents including the safeguards documents and the implementation manual. (c) Recruitment of staff for the Project implementation unit and provision of Operating Costs, all for the purpose of Project preparation and readiness.

Description of the Activities. The Activities for which the Advance is provided consist are as follows: conducting of investment preparation studies, including feasibility and detailed design studies; conducting of all safeguards studies required before the Project appraisal; preparing an investment plan for the first year of the following parts: (a) Providing support in carrying out the technical feasibility and preparatory studies. (b) Preparation of key Project documents including the safeguards documents and the implementation manual. (c) Recruitment of staff Project; preparing an operational manual for the Project implementation unit Project; and provision of Operating Costs, all providing support and building the capacity for managing and implementing the purpose of Project preparation and readinessActivities.
