Common use of Description Price Clause in Contracts

Description Price. AND PAYMENT: Seller sells the following described real estate, to-wit: Tract(s): see legal description(s) attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein (the legal description(s) may be changed upon provision of legal description(s) by the title insurance company); (hereinafter referred to as the “premises”) to ▇▇▇▇▇, who agrees to pay $ therefor in the manner following: $ (down payment) upon the execution of this Contract to be deposited with First Mid Ag Services, and the remainder as required by the closing agent on or before December 12, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “closing”), and on receipt of deed.
