Design and Construction Costs. 2.3.1 The parties have not included, other than allowances specified, any Principal Representative’s contingency in the Lump Sum Lump Sum Contract Price. The Design/Build Entity is responsible for performing in accordance with the Contract Documents, in exchange for the payment of the Lump Sum Contract Price by the Principal Representative. Any adjustments in the Lump Sum Contract Price will be governed by the General Conditions of the Design/Build Lump Sum Agreement (SC-8.1). 2.3.2 The Schedule of Values shall include, without duplication: .1 All labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation, and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent, and whether or not incorporated or to be incorporated in the Work; .2 Any allowance designated by the Principal Representative; .3 Any Principal Representative furnished equipment which has been designed, specified, selected or specifically provided for by the Design Build Entity’s Architect/Engineer;
