DESIGN AND LAYOUT STANDARDS. Sec. 110-151. Applicability of article and design principles. (a) Applicability of article. Except when a variance is granted in accordance with section 110-51, the design and layout standards set forth in this section shall apply to all land divisions, whether accompanied by plat or certified survey map.
