Common use of Design and Permitting Clause in Contracts

Design and Permitting. The design and permitting for the Realignment Improvements of C-470 (Central Parkway) West of US 301 at US 301 shall be prepared by OFS and shall be submitted for review and approval by the County COMPOSITE EXHIBIT 4). The Design Plans shall meet or exceed the applicable engineering‌‌‌ design standard as contained in the Sumter County Engineering Standards, FDOT Road Design Standards or FDOT Traffic Engineering Manual. Such documents shall be considered as incorporated herein as if set forth in haec verba and are to be considered a material provision of this Agreement.
