Design Build Entity. The term “Design Build Entity” means the corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, or other legal entity that is appropriately licensed and capable of providing, and has agreed to provide, all contracting, architectural, and engineering Work required to design and construct the Project consistent with the Contract Documents.
