DESIGN-BUILDER’S RIGHTS OF ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTS. Contract Documents, Subcontractors have no rights as third-party beneficiaries under this Contract. The Design-Builder will require the Subcontractors to communicate with the Commission through the Design-Builder only. 8. The Design-Builder shall at all times be responsible for payments to Subcontractors for Work performed by such Subcontractors.
