Design Certification Process Clause Samples

The Design Certification Process clause outlines the procedures and requirements for verifying and approving design documents or plans before proceeding to subsequent project phases. Typically, this clause specifies the steps for submitting designs, the criteria for review, and the roles of both the submitting and approving parties, such as requiring the contractor to provide detailed drawings for the client's review and sign-off. Its core function is to ensure that all design work meets agreed standards and expectations, thereby reducing the risk of errors, misunderstandings, or costly changes later in the project.
