Design Criteria and Standards. All Services shall be performed in accordance with the County’s Highway Design Manual and other instructions, criteria and standards of the County set forth by the Director, OC Public Works or his designee, hereinafter referred to as “Director,” and provided (in writing) to RMV prior to the commencement of the relevant Service(s).
