Design Development. 2.3.1 Design Professional shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Documents, for approval by the City, Design Development Documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Task. These documents shall contain, as a minimum, the following: 2.3.2 Site plan, indicating the immediate surrounding development around the site nature and relational location, via dimensions, of all proposed Task components. Traffic circulation and landscaping should also be indicated at this stage.
