The Authority shall ensure the Design Engineer provides services from design through construction required in the Basic Services of Preliminary Design Phase, Design Phase, Bidding Phase and Construction Phase as outlined in the Agreement For Professional Engineering Services, Attachment 3 to the 2014 BWA Policies and Procedures, the terms of which are incorporated herein as if set forth in its entirety. The services of the Design Engineer may include, but are not limited to, field quality inspections or observation, as well as geotechnical and/or structural materials testing. The Authority will be responsible for monies due the Design Engineer for Basic Services through Bidding Phase, with EDC responsible to reimburse the Authority for all other engineering services as described in 2.(b), above.
