Common use of Design Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Design Guidelines. The architectural and site design standards that are applicable to Development of the Property for the Project as approved by the City Council and as may be referenced in the Project Entitlements, which are set forth in Exhibit C, and as said Design Guidelines may be amended from time to time as provided herein.
