Common use of Design Meetings Clause in Contracts

Design Meetings. During the design phases of the Improvements, if Tenant shall meet with the Architect to review and discuss the significant aspects of the design documents as then completed, Landlord's Representative shall attend any or all such meetings as and when requested by Tenant upon reasonable prior notice.

Design Meetings. During the design phases (which commenced prior to the execution of this TI Agreement) of the Tenant Improvements, if Tenant shall meet with the Architect to review and discuss the significant aspects of the design documents as then completed, Landlord's Representative shall attend any or all such meetings as and when requested by Tenant upon Tenant, provided reasonable prior noticenotice has been given to Landlord's Representatives.
