Design of Improvements. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement (including but not limited to those in Article IV), subject to Force Majeure, Owner will, in good faith, diligently pursue the design and site planning of the Site in accordance with all Project Approvals for review and approval through ACC’s applicable departments, or any successor department or agency of ACC or then applicable governing authority. The effect of Force Majeure shall be the extension of the Project Construction Schedule by the period of the delay caused by the event of Force Majeure.
