Common use of Design of Project Clause in Contracts

Design of Project. A. In order to further the development of the Redevelopment District, the City hereby authorizes the Developer to construct, or cause to be constructed, the North Project according to the final plans approved in writing by the City during the normal course of obtaining the Permitted Subsequent Approvals. B. Developer shall comply or cause compliance with the design standards and requirements attached hereto as Exhibit E in the construction of the Project.
