Common use of Design Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Design Professional Services. 6.2.1 City may contract separately with one or more Design Professionals to provide construction administration of the Project. The Design Professional’s Agreement, as well as other firms hired by City, will be furnished to CM@R. CM@R will not have the right to limit or restrict or reject any contract modifications that are mutually acceptable to City and Design Professional. 6.2.2 CM@R will be provided with an electronic set of Drawings and Specifications at no cost from City, unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents.
