Design Standard. Outage Start Date – the date that the Watercure Line outage commences which shall be no less than fourteen (14) days from the date TrAILCo’s receives NYSEG’s construction authorization pursuant to Section 5.3.3 of this Agreement. 2. Initial Energization Date – that date which is thirty (30) days from the Outage Start Date. 3. Trial Period – shall be defined as the ten (10) day period from the Initial Energization Date needed for commissioning and testing. 4.
