Design Survey Clause Samples

Design Survey. A. Ground Survey The Consultant will provide terrain data required for design by means of a topographic field survey conforming to Chapter 21 of the Highway Design Manual. The Consultant expects little to no direct contact with property owners/public by the survey crews. The Sponsor shall provide all notices with respect to the work as it deems necessary. B. Stream Survey Not in Contract C. Survey of Wetland Boundaries The Consultant will perform the field survey necessary to accurately locate delineated wetland boundaries. This survey should be performed as soon after delineation as possible.
Design Survey. The Consultant, through its subconsultant, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates, Inc. will provide topographic survey for the following limits: two hundred feet west of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trail Parkway southbound frontage road to the approximately 3,500 linear feet east along FM 1902. The limits will also consist of two hundred feet each way at the frontage road along ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trail Parkway. Other subtasks for this task consist of:
Design Survey. The CONSULTANT and their Subconsultant, Northwest Surveying & GPS, Inc., shall gather new field survey as necessary to produce a design quality base map as described in the section below. The CONSULTANT and Subconsultant will conduct site visits to become familiar with the project site and to coordinate and gather existing topographic information within the project limits. The topographic information gathered will consist of existing surface features necessary to complete the design as stated in other sections of this scope of work as well as existing subsurface utilities which are located by the respective responsible utility. The topographic survey will be tied to existing City of Lynden monumentation and datum. Work will be performed in accordance with the following tasks. • Establish and/or Verify Horizontal and Vertical Control in Project Area • Identify Right-of-Way • Perform Topographic Survey Within the Project Area o Detailed Topographic Survey at Intersections Including Topographic Information to Evaluate Curb Ramp Compliance with Current ADA StandardsData Reduction and Review and Transfer • Receive and Download Field Survey Data
Design Survey. 1. Employ the services of a licensed surveyor to collect data including but not limited to: elevations, utility locations, structure locations, edge of pavements, etc. Final deliverable will be in an electronic format drawing plus signed and sealed hard copies.
Design Survey. Surveyor shall survey the project limits, which consist of building face to building face along Main Street from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street to Mill Street (approximately 3000 LF) and ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (approximately 1300 LF). Surveyor shall obtain state plane / ground coordinate information as necessary to satisfactorily complete the basic field survey services described herein within the project limits. Surveyor’s work shall be in accordance with Indiana Code (I.C. 25-21.5); Indiana Administrative Code (865 I.A.C. 1-12); and the Design Manual, Indiana Department of Transportation, Part III, Location Surveys (Survey Manual), a copy of which is on file with INDOT. If there is any conflict between I.C. 25- 21.5, 865 I.A.C. 1-12, or the Survey Manual, the order of precedence shall be: a. I.C. 25-21.5, b. 865 I.A.C. 1-12, and
Design Survey. The Contractor shall provide a survey as needed. The Town will make available data that may be used to produce digital topography for planning purposes. The data is not adequate for final design purposes. If determined necessary for conceptual and preliminary engineering, the Contractor shall provide a recon survey to establish control, locate utilities, verify existing topography and planimetrics, and identify existing monumentation. The survey coverage should extend to a sufficient distance either side of the existing roadway centerline and north and south of Arapahoe Road to provide adequate data for the proposed improvements. Provide base mapping from recon survey and to include a one (1) foot contour interval for topography. The mapping shall utilize ground coordinates and the NAD88 vertical datum.
Design Survey. The Consultant will provide topographic survey for the following limits: four hundred feet west of SH 174 to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street along the northern parkway of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street. The limits will also consist of the approach of ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street at Renfro and the intersection of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street (approximately 100 linear feet in all four directions). Other subtasks for this task consist of:
Design Survey. A. Ground Survey The Consultant will provide terrain data required for design by means of a topographic field survey 100 feet east and west of the centerline of the structure. The survey will be aligned in the state datum. B. Stream Survey The Consultant will perform field surveys necessary to provide stream cross- sections for the hydraulic analysis of the Mamaroneck River. Cross-sections will be taken every 25 feet for a distance of 150 feet upstream and downstream of the structure.
Design Survey. ENGINEER will perform field surveys to collect horizontal and vertical elevations and other information needed by ENGINEER in design and preparation of plans for the project. Information gathered during the survey shall include topographic data, utilities based on CITY records and observable surface features (it is assumed that ▇▇▇ is not necessary), structures, trees 6” and larger, and other features relevant to the final plan sheets. • The minimum survey information to be provided on the plans shall include the following: − A Project Control Sheet, showing ALL Control Points, used or set while gathering data. Generally on a scale of not less than 1:400: − The following information about each Control Point; a. Identified (Existing. CITY Monument #8901, PK Nail, 5/8” Iron Rod) b. X, Y and Z Coordinates, in an identified coordinate system, and a referred bearing base. Z coordinate on CITY Datum only. c. Descriptive Location (Ex. Set in the centerline of the inlet in the South curb line of North Side Drive at the East end of radius at the Southeast corner of North Side Drive and North Main Street).
Design Survey. The objective is to establish vertical and horizontal control necessary for the construction of the proposed improvements that includes identifying existing utilities, alignment and other related work. This task will include the following: A. Establish vertical and horizontal control for survey and mapping suitable for the development of plans at a horizontal scale of 1"=20'. B. Field survey existing sewer, water, and stormwater utilities, obtain invert elevation data at each manhole, catch basin, and storm drain manhole, and field survey marked underground utilities within roadway and alley rights- of-way. C. Acquire public records of survey, plat maps, assessor maps, and record drawings as may be available. Identify existing utilities of record and delineate existing rights-of-way, recorded easements, and other related and pertinent site topography.
