Designated Bargaining Agent and Bargaining Unit. The Board recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) as the designated bargaining agent for all teachers (other than supervisory officers, principals or vice-principals) who are employed by the Board to teach and who are assigned to an elementary school or to perform duties in respect of such school all or most of the time. The Board recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) as the designated bargaining agent for all occasional teachers on the Board’s list of occasional teachers (other than supervisory officers, principals or vice-principals) who are employed by the Board to teach and who may be assigned to an elementary school.
