Common use of Designated Bargaining Agent and Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Designated Bargaining Agent and Bargaining Unit. The Renfrew County Catholic District School Board (the Board) recognizes the Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Association (OECTA) as the designated bargaining agent for all teachers, other than supervisory officers, principals, vice-principals or occasional teachers, who are members of the Ontario English Catholic Teachers' Association and who are assigned to one or more elementary or secondary schools or to perform duties in respect of such schools all or most of the time.
