Common use of Designated Duties Clause in Contracts

Designated Duties. Employee hereby agrees to perform the functions and duties of the Position in accordance with the City’s ordinances and municipal code, the approved City job description for the position, and applicable law. Employee shall also perform other legally permissible and proper duties and functions as the City Council shall from time to time assign. Employee further agrees to perform all such functions and duties to the best of his/her ability and in an efficient and competent manner.
