Designated Eligible Individual Clause Samples

The 'Designated Eligible Individual' clause defines a specific person who is authorized to act on behalf of a party for certain contractual purposes. This individual may be responsible for receiving notices, making decisions, or performing obligations as outlined in the agreement. By clearly identifying who holds this authority, the clause ensures that communications and actions are directed to the appropriate person, reducing confusion and streamlining the execution of contractual duties.
