Common use of Designated Individual Clause in Contracts

Designated Individual. (1) The Service Provider shall designate and identify to the CCAC an individual to handle all aspects of the Services that relate to the handling of Client Information. The Service Provider shall designate an alternate individual to handle all matters relating to the handling of Client Information when the primary designate is unavailable and shall identify the alternate to the CCAC.
