Designated Portfolios Clause Samples

The 'Designated Portfolios' clause defines specific groups of assets, investments, or accounts that are subject to the terms of the agreement. In practice, this clause identifies which portfolios are included, often by name or reference, and may outline how assets can be added or removed from these groups. Its core function is to ensure clarity and precision regarding which portfolios are governed by the agreement, thereby preventing disputes or confusion over the scope of covered assets.
