Designated Space. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant one parking space identified as (the “Designated Space”), which space shall only be used exclusively for the following automobile: (the “Designated Automobile”). Tenant shall not be permitted to use any other space whatsoever other than the Designated Space and shall not be permitted to park any vehicle in the Designated Space other than the Designated Automobile. Any vehicle located in the Premises other than the Designated Automobile including, but not limited to any automobile of any guests or invitees of Tenant, will be towed. In addition, if the Designated Automobile is parked or standing in any location on the premises other than the Designated Space, towing at Tenant’s expense will result. The failure to strictly adhere to this Section 1 will result in towing at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.

Designated Space. Hurricane will designate space for Customer. All of Customer's equipment and property must be stored in Customer's designated space or removed from the premises by Customer. Equipment and other property left by Customer in an area other than the Customer's designated space may be considered abandoned by Hurricane. In that event, Hurricane may, at its option either (a) retain such items as its property or dispose of them without accountability in such a manner as Hurricane shall determine, at Customer's expense, or (b) remove and store such items for Customer, at Customer's expense.

Designated Space. Except as stated below, the License Holder and Attendees are not permitted to use or access any part of the Facility other than the Designated Space.
Designated Space a. Subject to section 8 below, the City hereby grants to the SCG the right to act as the custodian, use and program the areas within the SCC grounds and building as identified in Schedule A – Designated Space (DESIGNATED SPACE) for the purposes as identified in section 2 below for the grant outlined in Schedule A – Designated Space.
b. The DESIGNATED SPACE is accepted “as is, where is” by the SCG.
c. The City shall be entitled to reasonable access to, and use of, the DESIGNATED SPACE as reasonably required for the City’s use and operations of the balance of the SCC.
Designated Space. School grants to User permission to use the following areas at Maret School: B a c k F i e l d (the "Designated Space"). Any space not explicitly mentioned above or designated by the School is excluded from this Agreement. The Designated Space shall be used by User solely for the purpose of F ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ (“purpose”) Saturdays: 1/8, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/26, 3/5 and 3/12 from 10am-5pm (the “usage dates”). The permission granted includes reasonable access to the Designated Space prior to and after User's use described above, for the purposes of delivering, or removing supplies, equipment, and props, subject however, to the right of School to specify reasonable conditions and time periods appropriate to School's continuing use.
