Designated Target. Notwithstanding Sections 2.4.1.5 and 2.2.3 of the Original Agreement, the Research Plan for the [***] Designated Target is attached hereto as Exhibit B and is hereby approved by the Parties. Notwithstanding Section 2.3 of the Original Agreement, the Research Program for [***] Designated Target shall commence as of the Amendment 3 Effective Date.
