The Series F Preferred Units have been established and shall have such rights, preferences, limitations and qualifications as are described herein (in addition to the rights, preferences, limitations and qualifications contained in the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership to the extent applicable). The authorized number of Series F Preferred Units shall be 1,000, which number may be increased from time to time by the General Partner in accordance with the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership, as amended.
