The Series E Preferred Units have been established and shall have such rights, preferences, limitations and qualifications as are described herein (in addition to the rights, preferences, limitations and qualifications contained in the Third Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership to the extent applicable). The authorized number of Series E Preferred Units shall be 502,657.8128. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Schedule C and any other provision of the Third Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership, the provisions of this Schedule C shall control.
