The authorized number of Series B Preferred Units shall be 1,426,392.6660. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Schedule A and any other provision of the Second Restated Partnership Agreement, the provisions of this Schedule A shall control. For purposes of this Amendment, the rights of the Series B Preferred Units shall be construed to include their rights under the Redemption Rights Agreement (Common Units) and Redemption Rights Agreement (Series B Preferred Units).
