Designation of Buyer as Scheduling Coordinator. At least 30 days before the Term Start Date, Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to Buyer and the CAISO all documents necessary to authorize or designate Buyer as Scheduling Coordinator with the CAISO effective as of the Term Start Date.
