Designation of Buyer as Scheduling Coordinator. At least one hundred eighty (180) days before the Expected Commercial Operation Date Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to Buyer all documents necessary to authorize or designate Buyer as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator, and Buyer shall take all actions and execute and deliver to Seller or CAISO all documents necessary to become and act as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator.

Designation of Buyer as Scheduling Coordinator. At least one hundred eighty thirty (18030) days before the Expected Commercial Operation Date Term Start Date, Seller shall take all actions and execute and deliver to Buyer and the CAISO all documents necessary to authorize or designate Buyer as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator, and Buyer shall take all actions and execute and deliver to Seller or Coordinator with the CAISO all documents necessary to become and act effective as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinatorof the Term Start Date.
