Common use of Designation of Director Clause in Contracts

Designation of Director. At Closing, the Principal GoSolutions Stockholders shall identify to VEDO an individual, acceptable to VEDO, for service on VEDO's Board of Directors (the "GOSOLUTIONS DESIGNEE"). The Principal GoSolutions Stockholders shall forward such recommendation to VEDO's Board of Directors, who shall nominate and recommend, in the same manner as for any other nominee of the Board of Directors, the GoSolutions Designee for election by VEDO's stockholders during VEDO's next regularly scheduled election of directors.
