(1) The interest rate with respect to any Distribution Date (and the related Interest Period) for each of these REMIC II Interests is a per annum rate equal to the Net Rate Cap in effect for such class, Distribution Date (computed without regard to the adjustment for the actual/360 day count convention in the case of the Adjustable Rate Certificates).
(2) The Class P Certificates shall be entitled to receive all Prepayment Charges collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans.
