Common use of Designation of Low Performing Schools Clause in Contracts

Designation of Low Performing Schools. After a school has been identified for school improvement under the applicable state or federal statues, the BOARD shall provide the ASSOCIATION with an opportunity to review the school-level data, including academic assessment data on which the identification is based. If the ASSOCIATION believes that the identification is in error for statistical or other substantive reasons, the ASSOCIATION may provide supporting evidence to the BOARD, which shall reconsider that evidence.
