Common use of Designation of Representative Clause in Contracts

Designation of Representative. Landlord and Tenant hereby respectively ----------------------------- appoint the Landlord's Representative and the Tenant's Representative as its sole representative for the purposes of this Improvement Agreement. Until replaced by written notice, the Landlord's Representative and the Tenant's Representative will have the full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of Landlord and Tenant respectively, as required in this Improvement Agreement.
