Common use of Designation of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Designation of the Parties. This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter “MOU” or “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 1, 2022 by and between the County of San ▇▇▇▇ Obispo (hereinafter “County”), and the San ▇▇▇▇ Obispo County Employees’ Association (hereinafter “SLOCEA” or “Association”).
