Common use of Designation of the Parties Clause in Contracts

Designation of the Parties. This Agreement is entered into as of July 1, 2019 by and between the County of San ▇▇▇▇ Obispo (hereinafter “County”), and the San ▇▇▇▇ Obispo County Probation Peace Officers’ Association (hereinafter “SLOCPPOA”), Probation Supervisory Unit (BU 32). 1.2.1 The Management’s principal authorized agent shall be the County’s Administrative Officer, or their duly authorized representative (address: County Government Center, Room D430, San Luis Obispo, CA 93408; Telephone: [805] ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇), except where a particular Management representative is specifically designated in connection with the performance of a specified function or obligation set forth herein.
