Designs and Drawings all the drawings and design required for obtaining the development permission and building permission and completion, the Development rules in force at the time and Chhattisgarh Bhoomi Vikas Niyam, 1984 with all amendments shall be applicable.
Designs and Drawings. In respect of the Concessionaire’s obligations relating to the Designs and Drawings for theAdditional Project Facilities, the following shall apply:
(a) The Concessionaire shall prepare and submit at its cost, charges and expenses, the Designs and Drawings in conformity with the Technical Specifications, with reasonable promptness and in such sequence as is consistent with the Implementation Schedule, 3 (three) copies of all Designs and Drawings to the Authority and the Independent Engineer for review.
(b) By submitting the Designs and Drawings for review to the Independent Engineer, the Concessionaire shall be deemed to have represented that it has determined and verified that the design and engineering, including the field construction criteria related thereto, are in conformity with the Scope of the Project, the CIP, Technical Specifications, Applicable Laws and Good Industry Practice.
(c) Within 15 (fifteen) days of the receipt of the Designs and Drawings, the Independent Engineer shall review the same and convey its observations to the Concessionaire with particular reference to their conformity or otherwise with the Scope of the Project and the Technical Specifications. The Concessionaire shall not be obliged to await for the observations of the Independent Engineer on the Designs and Drawings submitted pursuant hereto beyond the said 15 (fifteen) days period and may begin or continue Construction Works at its own discretion and cost.
(d) If the aforesaid observations of the Independent Engineer indicate that the Designs and Drawings are not in conformity with the Scope of the Project or the Technical Specifications, such Designs and Drawings shall be revised by the Concessionaire and resubmitted to the Independent Engineer for review. The Independent Engineer shall give its observations, if any, within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the revised Designs and Drawings.
(e) Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this Article 12.2, the Concessionaire shall submit to the Authority for review and comments, its Designs and Drawings relating to the Project, and the Authority shall have the right but not the obligation to undertake such review and provide its comments, if any, within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of such Designs and Drawings. The provisions of this Article 12.2 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the review and comments hereunder.

Designs and Drawings. Where designs are prepared by the Company for the Buyer, acceptance of the Contract by the Company is conditional upon such designs having been previously approved in writing by the Buyer and where the Goods are manufactured to designs submitted by the Buyer. The Company undertakes to provide them in strict conformity with such designs but accepts no responsibility in either case for functions or purpose of the Goods. Designs, drawings, photographic images and other media prepared by the Company remain the property of the Company, unless such variation is specifically agreed in writing by the Company prior to confirmation of the Buyers order. The Company reserves the right to use such media for marketing and other purposes.
Designs and Drawings. (1) Where the Company prepares designs or drawings at the request of the customer
(a) The Customer shall approve such designs and drawings in writing and until such approval has been received the Company shall be under no liability to the Customer and any time for delivery shall not begin to run:

(2) Where the Goods are manufactured to designs submitted by the Customer the Company shall be under no liability for the correct functioning of the Goods.
(3) In respect of any third parities dealing with the Goods the customer shall be responsible and undertake that the goods are safe and without risk to health when properly used and comply in all respects with all relevant statutes regulation and byelaws and standards in force at the date of delivery including without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the Health & Safety at Work ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and the customer shall supply in respect of the Goods such information about the use of them as complies with the Health & Safety at Work ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or ay amendments thereto or changes or variations thereto at the date or this Contract and proper evidence of all tests and examinations and research made in compliance with the provision of the Act.
(4) The customer’s order must be accompanied by sufficient detailed technical information to enable the company to proceed with the order forthwith.
(5) The Company is entitled to assume that all drawings, descriptions, specifications and other information supplied by the Customer to the Company whether written or verbal is in all respects completely accurate and in accordance with the Customer’s requirements and provided that the goods or materials supplied in accordance with the Customer’s designs, standards and specifications the Company shall not be responsible for the suitability or quality of the Goods.
(6) The cost of preparation of any designs or drawings prepared by the Company shall be met by the Customer.
Designs and Drawings. The Supplier shall execute the conceptual and detailed designs and the programming & engineering work, in compliance with the provisions of the Contract, or where not so specified, in accordance with good international engineering standards and practices.
Designs and Drawings. In compliance of the obligations set forth in Clause 13.4 of this Agreement, the Operator shall furnish to the Authority, free of cost, all Designs and Drawings listed in Annex-I of this Schedule-F; provided that the Designs and Drawings relevant for design review by the Government as specified in Clause 13.4.2, shall be submitted prior to such review. For the purposes hereof, Design shall mean and include plans and Drawings of the Buses or sub-system or equipment thereof. (a) All drawings, photographs, plans, capacities, weights, measurements and other particulars contained in the quotation are approximate and are intended only to be a general description the goods and/or accessories ordered. Small deviations there from shall not invalidate the contract nor be made the basis of any claim against the company.
(b) All drawings, photographs, plans, estimates and other documents shall be and remain the property of the company and shall not be used by the purchaser for any purpose other than this contract and the purchaser shall not disclose them to any third party without the company’s prior written consent.
(c) The company reserves the right to change the design and/or construction of the goods and/or accessories at any time prior to delivery without notice and without incurring any liability providing that the goods and/or accessories delivered shall be consistent with the purpose, stated by the purchaser to the company, for which the purchaser requires the goods and/or accessories and that the goods and/or accessories shall be of general nature described in the quotation.
Designs and Drawings. The feedstock facilities and the synthetic fuel production facilities for each Project, if constructed in accordance with the designs and construction drawings in respect thereof, will have the operational capabilities to produce Qualified Fuels of a quality expected to satisfy the requirements of the marketplace for synthetic coal-based fuels, and the capacities to produce Qualified Fuels as contemplated in the Base Case.
Designs and Drawings. The Designs and Drawings requiring PQA review and approval for compliance with the Project Scope will be submitted to PQA in accordance with the Implementation Schedule. PQA shall within fifteen (15) Days of receipt, return them to QICT as compliant or detailed remarks indicating any non-compliance and in case these are not returned within fifteen (15) Days as aforesaid, these shall be deemed to have been approved.
