Common use of DESIRE TO AMEND Clause in Contracts

DESIRE TO AMEND. Should either party desire to change, add to, amend or terminate this Agreement, written notice to that effect will be given within a period of ninety (90) days prior to the termination date of this Agreement and the Parties hereto agree to meet and bargain in good faith within ten (10) days of receipt of such notice. Should such notice not contain proposed changes for a new Agreement in writing then such proposals shall be submitted not less than thirty days (30) prior to the termination date of this Agreement. If no such notice is given, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed and remain in force from year to year after the original expiration date.
