Common use of Destruction by Common Safekeeper Clause in Contracts

Destruction by Common Safekeeper. may instruct the Common Safekeeper to destroy the Temporary Global Note and the Permanent Global Note in accordance with Clause 4.2 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note and Permanent Global Note) or Clause 7.1 (Payments by the Paying Agents) in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction from the Common Safekeeper, the Fiscal Agent shall, upon request, furnish the Issuer with a copy of such confirmation; and
