Common use of Destruction of Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Destruction of Personal Data. The Supplier shall on request at any time and on the expiry or termination of the Agreement, (at no cost to the Client) at the Client’s option either return all of the Personal Data, and copies of it in such format as the Client may require or securely dispose of the Personal Data, except to the extent that any applicable law requires the Supplier to store such Personal Data and the Supplier has promptly demonstrated their legal requirements to the Client.
