The terms of the Agreement (including all exhibits and other incorporated documents) are incorporated into, and govern, this amendment except as may be provided otherwise by this amendment. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and this amendment, the terms of this amendment shall control. For the Project, Architect shall perform the Part 1 Services specified in the Agreement.
