Final Facility Maps (MS and HS only) in CAD and PDF to conform to SFDPH requirements Project Close-out Checklist December 11Pursuant to the master agreement between the San Francisco Unified School District (“District”) and (“Architect”) effective , 2024‌20 (“Agreement”) for the construction program (“Program”), the District and Architect agree to amend the Agreement to add Part 1 architectural services for design and construction administration of the work of improvement (the “ Project”). The terms of the Agreement (including all exhibits and other incorporated documents) are incorporated into, and govern, this amendment except as may be provided otherwise by this amendment. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and this amendment, the terms of this amendment shall control. For the Project, Architect shall perform the Part 1 Services specified in the Agreement. In addition, Architect shall [insert any other services to be performed that are not described in the Agreement] . For the architectural services to be provided under this amendment to the Agreement, Architect shall complete such services according to the following schedule: [insert description of schedule, including milestone deadlines].
