Detailed Description of the Project. Provide a detailed description of the scope of the proposed project, including, at a minimum, the type and planned use of real and tangible personal property, the nature of the business, a timeline for property construction or installation, and any other relevant information. King Creek Wind Farm 2 LLC (King Creek Wind 2) is requesting an appraised value limitation from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collegiate Independent School District (TCISD) for the King Creek Wind 2 Project (the “Project”), a proposed wind powered electric generating facility in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County. The proposed Throckmorton Collegiate ISD Project (this application) will be constructed within a Reinvestment Zone to be created by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County. A map showing the location of the project is included in TAB 11. The proposed Project is anticipated to have a capacity of approximately 209 MW located in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collegiate ISD. The exact number and location of wind turbines and size of each turbine will vary depending upon ongoing wind and siting analysis, turbine manufacturer’s availability, prices, and the megawatt generating capacity of the Project when completed. Current estimated plans are to install 49 turbines that will be sourced from the tier 1 providers of GE and/or Vestas and/or Siemens with all turbines located in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collegiate ISD. The Applicant requests a value limitation for all facilities and equipment installed for the Project, including; wind turbines, towers, foundations, roadways, an O&M building, electric substation, meteorological towers, collection system, communication system, electric switchyard, electric transformers, transmission line and associated towers, interconnection facilities and all eligible ancillary and necessary equipment. Full construction of the Project is anticipated to begin in the 4th Quarter of 2020 with completion by December 31, 2021. *NOTE: The map in TAB 11 shows the potential locations of 49 of the wind turbines, an O&M building within ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collegiate ISD boundaries; however, the final number of turbines and the location of each of these facilities is dependent upon ongoing negotiations with power purchasers and other factors. Detailed Description of the Project. A. Summary of the Project B. Description of the Gold Track Entry Requirements The Gold Track entry requirements consist of the following: 1. As part of the application process, applicants must certify that they are currently in compliance with all environmental obligations and confirm participation in programs that promote responsible environmental practices. The certification submitted to the Department with the application will affirm that all participants meet certain base criteria. 2. The applicant must demonstrate good environmental performance. To meet this requirement, an applicant must have a “historically good environmental record.” This means that an applicant must have no criminal or significant civil, significant, or non-minor administrative violations and must maintain up-to-date facility or institutional environmental plans.

Detailed Description of the Project. The Peri Peri Solar-Storage Project (“Project”) is a proposed solar powered electric generating facility to be located on private land entirely in Kountze ISD on approximately 2,000 acres in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Texas. This application covers all qualified investment and qualified property in the proposed reinvestment zone and project boundary within Kountze ISD necessary for the commercial operations of the Project. The installed capacity of the proposed project in Kountze ISD is expected to be approximately 115 megawatts (MWac). Solar equipment selection is ongoing at this time and has not been finalized. The exact number of PV panels and their capacity will vary depending upon the panels and the inverters selected, manufacturer’s availability and prices, ongoing engineering design optimization, and the final megawatt generating capacity of the Project when completed. Construction of the Project is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2027 and is anticipated to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2027. Batteries or battery system included in the Qualified Investment will be integrated into the solar energy generation Project and will only be used, at certain times, to temporarily store electricity generated by the Project for the purpose of providing energy arbitrage and ancillary services for the MISO wholesale energy market, shifting the Project’s energy production to delivery times and reliability services where the grid needs it most. Peri Peri Solar-Storage, LLC has entered into lease agreements with certain landowners. These leases include a development period (or feasibility period) whereby Peri Peri Solar-Storage, LLC can terminate the lease agreements, at its discretion, without commencing construction of the project. The Project applied to MISO and was assigned Project# J2112 on July 22, 2022. Peri Peri Solar-Storage, LLC, the applicant, is 100% owned by Strata Clean Energy, LLC (“Strata”). Strata is a privately-owned company whose mandate is to develop, construct, operate, own, and maintain power generation and related infrastructure projects throughout the United States. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s leadership has a proven track record of identifying, developing and managing power generation and related infrastructure projects. As a developer with national scope and capabilities, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has the ability to locate projects of this type in other states within the United States and other regions within Texas with favorable project characteristics. Strata is explo...
Detailed Description of the Project. This project is a joint collaboration between prpl Foundation and Broadband Forum with the objective to develop an open source and portable carrier-grade infrastructure necessary to maintain the delivery of provided services through the whole in-home (full coverage) towards mobile and fixed terminals with the required quality and through user- owned/managed devices. In order to achieve this objective, the project is divided into two main parts: • Part 1: Development of a MAP/EasyMesh framework i.e. an open source version of a WFA´s EasyMesh Release 1, based on BBF´s IEEE 1905.1/1a stack. The objectives are: o Produce an open-source reference implementation of WFA’s Multi-AP Specification, Agent and Controller, with permissive licensing to meet the following goals: ▪ Compliant with WFA’s test procedures (including CAPI) • Agent (fully-featured AP) • Controller (rudimentary SW, but still compliant) • Data Elements (stretch goal) • Release 2 of Multi-AP (on the radar for 2019) ▪ Suitable for OEMs and other developers to easily integrate into various product platforms • e.g., Linux-based platforms (e.g., prplWRT and RDK-B) with Wi-Fi chips from most any SoC vendor • e.g., Residential gateways, and Wi-Fi extender devices, either in retail or from service provider ▪ Extensible by OEMs and other developers for product differentiation • e.g., Controller SW with proprietary IP algorithms making intelligent decisions for the Multi-AP network ▪ Suitable for BBF and other developers to extend upon • e.g., Carrier-grade manageability, with data models for home networks with multiple APs, etc… • Part 2: Development of a full carrier grade MAP solution based on WFA´s EasyMesh open-source solution. The main objective of this part is to develop: o Management interfaces towards service provider to allow the operators to manage the MAP framework within the larger network (e.g., Management models, management architecture, etc..) o Any functionality identified by BBF to integrate the solution into an end-to- end carrier-grade operator network (e.g., increasing coverage, linking QoS to the rest of the system, diagnosis and metrics acquisition) o Any additional functionality defined by WFA not implemented in Part 1. o Test plan(s) development (in addition to WFA´s tests) to check if implementation cover operator´s needs o While there is a dependency between Part 1 and Part 2 (Part 2 code will be built on top of Part 1 code), the execution of both parts is not sequential. It is e...
